At Easee, we're building technology that makes electrification effortless. We're looking for a Business Development Manager to build new business and grow strategic partnerships across the UK. You'll be creating pipelines from scratch and building out current channels, meeting potential partners face to face and opening doors that haven't been opened before.

This is a pivotal role in Easee's growth journey, bringing our current and future proposition to an emerging market and helping deliver effortless electrification for all. You'll work closely with marketing to scope out potential markets, test where the real opportunity sits, and build the pipeline that turns those markets into long-term partnerships.

  • New Business Development (80%)
  • Research and map out the UK market, testing hypotheses about where the best opportunities live before committing time to them
  • Build and own your own pipeline from 0-1: prospecting, outbound outreach, and drilling into new segments to identify new clients and partners
  • Run full-cycle sales from first outreach through negotiation, proposal, and close, comfortable with long, considered sales cycles
  • Represent Easee at industry events, building brand awareness and forging new alliances
  • Manage a focused portfolio of high-potential accounts, turning early wins into long-term, trust-based partnerships
  • Provide product education and business reviews to help partners grow
  • Keep Salesforce accurate and forecasts sharp, so leadership always has visibility into pipeline health

A proven B2B sales professional with 3-4+ years of full-cycle, new-business sales experience. Background in SaaS, tech, energy, or automotive. Experienced working long, complex sales cycles and comfortable with the patience that requires. Highly organized, fluent in CRM (We use Salesforce), and comfortable owning your own commercial reporting. Based in or near London, with the flexibility to travel frequently across the UK. Holder of a valid UK driver's licence.
