As our Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in a seamless experience for our partners and customers. You'll become the main point of contact for our UK installers and customers in order to understand their challenges and needs and, with that, contribute to making our customers the happiest in the world.

Core Outcomes
Short term
- Build strong knowledge of Easee products, systems and support processes.
- Establish trusted relationships with UK installers, partners and end users.
- Deliver timely, accurate and customer-focused support and ensure that inquiries are followed through to resolution.
- Balancing technical troubleshooting, customer expectations and efficient case handling across multiple channels.
- Translating recurring customer and installer challenges into clear improvements to products, processes and documentation.
- Supporting a growing and changing product portfolio while maintaining a consistently high service level.
Long term
- Contribute to high customer and partner satisfaction in the UK market.

What you need to bring along

- Relevant vocational/technical education or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and structured problem-solving skills.
- Good technical understanding and ability to communicate clearly.

- Background as an electrician, installer or similar technical trade.
- Experience with electrical installation, EV charging or related technology.
- 2–3 years’ experience in customer support, preferably within technology.
- Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch or French language skills.
