Responsibilities

  • Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
  • Prepare surfaces by removing old flooring or repairing any damage
  • Install and secure flooring materials, such as vinyl, tile, safety flooring, etc.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to complete installation tasks
  • Apply adhesives or other bonding agents to secure flooring materials in place
  • Trim excess material and clean up work area after installation is complete

Skills

  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for cutting, trimming, and installing flooring materials
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Full driving licence essential
  • Must have previous experience
