What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist with a proven track record in hearing aid sales and exceptional dispensing skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in private hearing aid dispensing required but not essential, on the job training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong sales performance history with excellent customer service skills.
- Expertise in ear wax removal, including both irrigation and microsuction techniques.
- HCPC registration and eligibility to work in the UK/EU without restrictions.
- A valid UK driving license.
- A motivated, patient-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously.
- A high conversion rate from initial ear wax removal appointments to full hearing assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ear Wax Removal: Perform microsuction and irrigation procedures with expertise and care.
- Hearing Aid Dispensing: Conduct thorough hearing assessments and recommend suitable hearing solutions in line with HCPC and BSHAA standards.
