Your Role
This role focuses on managing strategic partnerships and delivering high-impact workplans across priority commodities and markets. You will serve as a trusted advisor to members, helping them advance their sustainability ambitions while ensuring the successful delivery of programmes that create measurable impact. Acting as a key point of contact, you will coordinate expertise across Earthworm's global network, foster collaboration, and contribute to the growth and development of long-term partnerships. As Partnership Manager you will be responsible for:
- Manage the development and delivery of member partnerships and workplans, ensuring alignment with priorities, timelines, budgets, and Earthworm Foundation’s vision.
- Act as a trusted day-to-day partner to members, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Coordinate collaboration across Earthworm's global network, mobilising internal expertise and field perspectives to deliver effective, integrated solutions.
- Support the growth and sustainability of partnerships by identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, and helping to expand or renew member engagement.
- Engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment with Earthworm's values both internally and externally.
Your Profile
Passionate about creating positive environmental and social impact, you are motivated by the opportunity to work at the intersection of sustainability, business and field implementation. You have a good understanding of global supply chains and sourcing challenges, and ideally bring first-hand exposure to field realities through previous work with producers, communities, local partners or sustainability programmes.
A strong relationship builder, you are comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, and know how to establish trust while constructively influencing decisions. You communicate with clarity and confidence, adapting your approach to different audiences and balancing strategic thinking with pragmatism.
Curious, collaborative and solutions-oriented, you enjoy navigating complexity and bringing people together around shared objectives. You are able to translate broad sustainability ambitions into clear priorities, actionable workplans and tangible results. Well-organised and reliable, you can manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Thriving in international and fast-evolving environments, you enjoy working across cultures, coordinating diverse perspectives and finding practical ways forward in situations that may be ambiguous or challenging. Experience in global supply chains, whether gained in the private sector, a sustainability-focused organisation or an NGO, will enable you to quickly build credibility and create value in this role.
