Earthworm is a group of people who believes we can solve the big issues affecting people and nature today. We work in global supply chains impacting millions of people and places around the world to make the products we buy. We work on the ground, in forests, fields and factories, helping companies, farmers and communities find practical solutions together. And we know that, ultimately, trust and positive changes comes from people getting to work together, hands in the soil.

Your Profile
You see your work as a way to create real impact, and that’s exactly what draws you to the NGO world. You care about meaningful work and understand the unique realities of the non‑profit environment: the need to be hands‑on, thoughtful with resources, and committed to solutions that balance people’s needs with organisational resilience. In this role, you bring reliability, structure, and a strong sense of responsibility. You enjoy clear processes, pay close attention to detail, and feel confident knowing that your work helps keep things running smoothly for others.
Even if you’re not the loudest voice in the room, your calm, positive presence makes people feel at ease. You build trust through consistency, fairness, and careful listening. You communicate with clarity, support colleagues with discretion, and approach each interaction with respect. Whether you’re assisting with recruitment, helping someone navigate an HR question, or ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant, you show up with professionalism and a genuine desire to be helpful.
You thrive in multicultural, fast‑moving settings and feel comfortable juggling different HR tasks with a practical, hands‑on mindset. Technology and data analytics enable you, and you use it confidently to keep data accurate and processes efficient.
