Duration: 26/03/2026 – 01/03/2027 (NB Project), 03/2026 - 01/27 for AYM and DBS Project

Work location will be in the client office - Dashwood house 69 Old Broad St. London. (Couple of times a week in the office)

Overview role

  • Produce project schedules for the Norfolk Boreas Project within client P6 Environment
  • Act as first point of contact for all project schedule topics on Norfolk Boreas
  • Management of project baseline
  • Monthly project schedule reporting
  • Production of S-curves to outline progress across all packages of work
  • Conduct scenario planning, what-if analysis, schedule risk analysis
  • Ensure a robust, critical path driven project schedule is available to the project(s)
  • Monthly review of contractor schedules for associated packages

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of project planning services on the Norfolk Boreas project in the UK, supporting the project through CFD Bid, FID, Design, Manufacturing and Construction
  • Once the project secures a CFD, lead and ensure appropriate allocation of work within the project planning team for Norfolk Boreas, working with the UK&I Regional Lead
  • Lead on all Project Schedule and Project Planning topics for the project and ensure the schedule is optimised and efficient for a competitive CFD bid
  • Ensure that all Project Planning activities are delivered according to client processes and procedures
  • Engage with external suppliers on all Project Schedule and Project Planning topics

Must Have Qualification/Experience

  • Detailed knowledge of Offshore Wind Development & Construction
  • Detailed knowledge of Primavera P6
  • Experience of leading Project Planners on major Civil or Offshore Construction Projects through Design, Manufacture and Construction
  • Experience of Schedule Risk Analysis
  • Experience of Reporting and providing information to Board Level, Project Director and Senior Project Managers
