Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Structural Engineer with expertise in windfarm structures and jacket fabrication. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing fabrication processes, ensuring structural integrity, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

?? Review and approve fabrication drawings and structural calculations.
?? Monitor the fabrication process to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
?? Conduct structural inspections and provide engineering solutions for any non-conformities.
?? Work closely with suppliers, welders, and QC teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
?? Support site teams with technical guidance on structural integrity and load-bearing capacity.
?? Ensure compliance with HSE and industry regulations.

Requirements

?? Experience: Minimum 5 years in structural engineering, specifically in offshore windfarms and jacket structures.
?? Qualifications: Degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
?? Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis software, fabrication techniques, and material specifications.
?? Certifications: CSWIP, Offshore Survival (OPITO) is an advantage.
?? Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills.
