We're seeking a skilled Project Engineer to support the delivery of HVAC and specialist mechanical engineering projects within safety-critical environments. You'll ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to the correct technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate project activities, schedules and milestones
  • Provide technical oversight on HVAC designs, drawings and equipment selections
  • Supervise site installation, testing and commissioning
  • Maintain project documentation and support cost control
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project expectations are met

Requirements

  • HNC/HND or higher in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, standards (e.g. DW144) and packaged plant room fabrication
  • Experience across full project lifecycle, including design reviews and site execution
  • Commercial awareness and strong communication skills
  • Experience in nuclear or safety-critical environments is desirable
