Job Description

Mechanical Project Manager – London

A London based engineering business that specialises in commercial + industrial HVAC and plumbing projects are currently looking for a Project Manager with experience delivering mechanical projects to join the team.

The successful Project Manager role will drive projects from concept to completion, managing resources, budgets, schedules, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full project lifecycle of mechanical installations.
  • Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, maintaining excellent working relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Experience and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering mechanical projects.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical systems, ideally some knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Construction, or similar.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong experience with MS Office.
  • Project Management qualification is a plus.
