Key Responsibilities: Conductroutine HSE inspections on offshore platforms, jack-up vessels, and transfer boats to ensure compliance with site safety procedures and marine regulations. Support daily toolbox talks and safety briefings for technicians, vessel crew, and subcontractors prior to offshore tasks. Monitoradherence to PPE requirements and safe systems of work during turbine maintenance, cable handling, and marine operations. Assistin implementing emergency response drills including man-overboard, fire, and medevac scenarios. Completedaily HSE reports and observations, escalating potential hazards to the on-site HSE lead. Participatein permit-to-work checks, ensuring proper documentation for confined space entry, working at height, and hot works. Promotea strong safety culture through regular safety conversations and proactive engagement with offshore teams. Key Experience: Gained hands-on experience in offshore safety practices under challenging weather and operational conditions. Familiarity with LOLER, PUWER, and MAR (Marine Guidance Notes) in an offshore environment.
