EarthStream Global is seeking an experienced HSE Lead to join the UK operation for hybrid, travel‑heavy solar projects. You will lead a team of HSE/CDM Managers, drive a positive safety culture, and ensure HSE performance across multiple sites in the UK and Europe.
The role requires a degree in OH&S, several years of HSE experience in construction/major projects, and strong knowledge of UK CDM Regulations. Travel to project sites will be regular.
