An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Site Manager with utility scale solar project experience to join a fast-growing international business that specialises in developing and building large multi-MW farms across the UK.

As the Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of large Solar/PV projects, supervising and coordinating the works of the subcontractors and ensuring proper execution of works on site. You will ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to, and work closely with PMs and Engineers to ensure the smooth day-to-day running on the site.

Essential skills:

  • Strong Electrical/Civils background
  • Strong experience managing electrical project sites, with utility scale solar experience
  • Strong leadership and decision making ability
  • Valid CSCS card, preferably Black card, plus SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid etc.
  • Microsoft Office Software
  • Strong communication and fluent English
  • Willing and able to travel UK wide
  • Electrical or Civils Engineering qualification, or similar
