PV Designer – Utility Scale Solar/PV – UK
An exciting opportunity has come up for a PV Designer to join an established business that specialises in the design, construction, and maintenance of utility scale Solar/PV projects across Europe.

The successful PV Designer will be responsible for managing the CAD design process through pre-construction and construction execution phases of the utility scale projects. You will create various CAD designs and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure alignment across all areas of the project.

Essential skills:
Experience designing designing utility scale PV projects
Strong skills with AutoCAD and PVsyst
Good understanding of the UK solar market with strong knowledge of all planning and ground condition impacts
Able to work independently in a very detail-oriented manner, but also as part of a larger distributed team
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

The role is offered as hybrid with 2/3 days per week in the office in NE Hampshire/Surrey
