Project Manager – Major Offshore Campaigns London / Swindon / Northern Europe (Hybrid Offshore Travel) £800 per day (Contract) 6-month contract (with potential extension) The Opportunity We’re supporting a leading organisation in the offshore wind sector to recruit an experienced Project Manager to oversee major component replacement campaigns across a large-scale portfolio. This is a high-impact role focused on planning and delivering complex offshore operations, including heavy-lift vessel campaigns, while driving efficiency, safety, and performance across multiple assets. Key Responsibilities Lead readiness and planning for major component replacement campaigns (WTG >5MW) Coordinate offshore marine operations, including jack-up vessel campaigns Develop and optimise logistics strategies across a fleet-wide portfolio Manage scheduling, operational priorities, and campaign execution Act as a key interface between technical, engineering, and marine teams Support vessel procurement, tendering processes, and contract negotiations Ensure availability of marine assets, tooling, and service resources Monitor campaign performance, driving cost efficiency and downtime reduction Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, supply chain, HSSE, and site teams Deliver clear communication and reporting to senior stakeholders Requirements Proven experience in offshore wind project management Strong understanding of: Wind turbine generator (WTG) technology Heavy lift / jack-up vessel operations Background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Offshore) or similar Minimum 3 years’ experience managing complex projects Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work across multiple teams and disciplines Willingness to travel across Europe and spend time offshore Desirable GWO certification Hands-on offshore experience Why Apply?
