We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex HVAC and specialist ventilation projects within safety-critical environments. You’ll take full ownership of scope, programme, quality, cost and client management, overseeing projects from tender through to on-site delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, procurement, construction & commissioning
- Ensure high standards of Health & Safety, quality and regulatory compliance
- Control programme performance, reporting, risk, and project milestones
- Oversee subcontractors, procurement and commercial processes (payments, variations, change control)
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships and represent the project in senior meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering HVAC/MEP projects
- Strong understanding of HVAC, pipework & electrical installations
- Experience managing subcontractors and fast-paced programmes
- Knowledge of NEC contracts (preferred)
- SMSTS/IOSH or similar safety qualification
- Strong communication and leadership skills
