Our client is a global leader in electric vehicle charging solutions, delivering AC, DC and V2G technology to customers in more than 50 countries, and now rapidly expanding across Europe. With this expansion comes the opportunity for an experienced Customer Success / Tech Ops Engineer to join the team in the UK and be at the forefront of sustainable mobility and EV infrastructure.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with frequent product updates and shifting priorities. Confidence with electrical concepts, commissioning procedures, and troubleshooting processes.
5+ years of experience in technical support, electrical engineering, or customer success, with good experience in the EV charging space.
- Solid understanding of AC/DC electrical principles and ability to interpret technical documentation.
- Experience using ticketing or support platforms such as Zoho, Jira, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Ability to travel into the field and manually inspect/fix charging units when need be.
