Working for one of the UK's leading solar farm O&M providers, you will take ownership of a portfolio of multi-MW solar sites. Your role will involve carrying out both corrective and scheduled preventative electrical maintenance, ensuring each solar farm is operating at peak performance. You will receive full training and benefit from excellent opportunities for career progression within their O&M team. There is also a clear pathway to gain HV authorisation, with dedicated support to achieve AP15 (Authorised Person) status.
Requirements:
- 18th Edition City & Guilds
- Low Voltage or High Voltage electrical maintenance experience (solar or wind experience essential)
- Strong electrical fault finding, diagnosis and repair skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Motivated problem solver with excellent work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Flexible and willing to travel across the region
- Full UK driver's licence
- Reliable, trustworthy, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Package:
- Base salary: £40,000
- 10% to 15% annual bonus
- £5,000 base salary increase upon completion of HV certificates
