EarthPercent is seeking a Fundraising & Communications Assistant to join our small, ambitious team in West London, hybrid working two days per week. The role provides administrative and project support across fundraising, communications and community to strengthen relationships with artists, partners and donors.

You will help plan live fundraising events, prepare materials, manage CRM records and coordinate campaigns while gaining broad experience at the intersection of music and environmental.
