Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with PAS 2030, PAS 2035, MCS, and Trust Mark standards and associated regulatory requirements.
  • Review, validate, and maintain project compliance documentation and evidence, including PIBIs, retrofit designs, risk assessments, installation records, and handover packs.
  • Upload, manage, and maintain accurate project documentation across relevant compliance and accreditation portals, including Trust Mark Data Warehouse, PAS Hub, MCS Hub, and other applicable platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of qualifications, accreditations, certifications, and competency requirements for installers, designers, and subcontractors.
  • Support the preparation for and completion of internal and external audits, including the coordination and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Liaise with the Operations team to support business requirements and ensure compliance processes are effectively implemented.
  • Prepare and maintain compliance reports, management information, and dashboards, providing clear visibility of compliance performance and outstanding actions.
  • Monitor changes to industry standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements, ensuring the business remains informed and compliant with the latest requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, helping to strengthen compliance processes, documentation, and operational standards across the business.

You’ll need

  • Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a compliance, quality assurance and coordination role within the construction, retrofit, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Digital & Documentation

Skills: Confident using digital platforms and compliance portals, with proven experience managing high volumes of documentation and maintaining accurate records.

  • Communication & IT Skills: Proactive and self-motivated approach, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Industry Knowledge: Essential working knowledge of PAS 2030, PAS 2035, MCS, and/or Trust Mark requirements and associated compliance processes.
