This is a rare opportunity to own the OD and global learning agenda strategy and execution for a complex, international organisation. You'll be the architect of how we grow, develop, and future-proof our people — from frontline capability to executive leadership. You'll sit at the intersection of People, Strategy, and Culture, with a real seat at the table. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love building things from the ground up, and believe learning is a true business driver — read on.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the Global L&D Strategy – Define and execute an enterprise-wide learning agenda that ties directly to business growth, culture, and capability needs
  • Lead Leadership Development – Design and deliver high-impact programmes for emerging talent through to the C-suite — spanning cohort learning, coaching, and experiential development
  • Drive the Learning Tech Agenda – Own and evolve the global LMS/LXP ecosystem; stay ahead of AI-enabled learning, digital content, and emerging platforms
  • Build & Inspire Your Team – Lead a globally dispersed L&D team — fostering performance, inclusion, and a shared sense of purpose across time zones
  • Partner with the Business – Work hand-in-hand with HRBPs, senior leaders, and the C-Suite to identify capability gaps and co-create targeted solutions
  • Champion Learning Culture – Embed a mindset of continuous development, curiosity, and psychological safety — from day one to decade one
  • Measure What Matters – Build a robust L&D measurement framework; report on ROI, engagement, and impact at executive and Board level
  • OD & Change Leadership – Lead or support organisational development initiatives — change management, culture programmes, and succession frameworks

You’ll Do It Using:

  • Global L&D Leadership Experience – 10+ years in L&D, with at least 5 years leading global or multi-regional teams — ideally in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
  • Creation of Programmes & Solutions – Building learning solutions from scratch: frameworks, content, delivery models, and evaluation
  • Culture & Values – Embedding culture, values, and behaviours through meaningful, consistent learning experiences
  • Leadership Development – Designing and running impactful leadership programmes from first-time managers to senior executives
  • English Fluency – Strong written and spoken English is a must. Additional languages are a bonus
  • Education – Master's or MBA in HR, OD, Education, or a related field is an advantage
