This role will be reporting to the Manager of Sales Development and play an integral role in building our business! What you'll be doing:
- As an early joiner, you will have the ability to help shape and drive the direction of the go-to-market and lead-generation strategy and an opportunity to accelerate your career goals.
- You will play a central role in the success of the sales organization at Earnix.
- Your responsibility is to generate new customer meetings that translate into identified and qualified new sales opportunities.
- You will do this by:
- Identifying New Business prospects through cold emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, as well as networking, and initiating sales conversations with relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively source new sales opportunities through prospection, follow-up, and outreach.
- Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify interest and viability to prepare hand-off to sales.
- Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns (webinars, white papers, marketing events).
- Recording sales activity and entering all relevant information about prospects into Salesforce.
- Staying up to date with new products/services.
- Collaborate and provide feedback and insights to Marketing to help improve targeting and messaging.
This role will be based in our London Office and will focus on generating leads across Europe in multiple key geographies.
You'll be using:
- The ideal candidate has proven success prospecting, generating leads, and securing first meetings with relevant stakeholders at Tier 1 and 2 financial institutions.
- Some B2B sales experience is highly desirable with proven performance against KPIs or similar role selling B2B software or SaaS solutions to financial institutions.
- Fluent in French /or German desirable.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to speak knowledgeably and articulate a focused message to sophisticated buyers.
- Highly motivated and constantly aiming to improve.
