Responsibilities
- As a Program Manager you will oversee multiple projects within the Customer Operations and Success group to ensure successful delivery aligned with strategic and operational objectives. You will manage interdependencies among projects and ensure overall program goals are met.
- Oversee programs, develop and maintain project management standards, metrics, and tools to enable tracking, progress, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to ensure proper planning and execution across all projects and programs.
- Program Planning: Develop and articulate the program\\\’s strategic and operational objectives in alignment with the organization\\\’s goals.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Program Oversight: Coordinate the execution of multiple projects within the program, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage budgets and resource allocation across projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and communicate project progress and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, facilitate collaboration, and promote a positive work environment.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address issues proactively.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on program performance, including key metrics and achievements.
- Demonstrate outstanding project management skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of leading projects, influencing, and collaborating across the organization.
- Display excellent communication and leadership skills; be proactive, result-oriented, and capable of strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- 7+ years of proven experience in managing complex projects or programs, preferably with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) in a SaaS company.
- Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement approach.
- Experience solving problems in fast-paced, globally distributed, and changing environments.
- High level of professionalism, energy, and sense of urgency to \”make things happen\”.
