We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Leader to lead our enterprise sales efforts across Western Europe. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and expanding Earnix’s footprint within the insurance and financial services sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales and leadership, with deep knowledge of the regional markets and fluency in French, English and German.
What you’ll do
- Drive regional growth and revenue by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for Western Europe, ensuring alignment with global objectives and regional market dynamics.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within insurance and financial services organizations, positioning Earnix as a trusted partner.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Earnix’s presence in the region through proactive engagement, networking, and leveraging industry insights.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise sales: At least 10 years of enterprise sales experience and an additional 5 years in management or sales leadership roles, with a strong record of success in SaaS solutions.
- Industry expertise: Proven ability to sell enterprise SaaS solutions to insurance companies, ideally, or financial services organizations.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in French, English and German, enabling effective communication and relationship-building across diverse markets.
- Technical and commercial acumen: Skilled in CRM tools, pipeline management, forecasting, and negotiation, combined with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and value-based selling.
