Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects within the Customer Operations and Success group to ensure successful delivery aligned with strategic and operational objectives.
- Manage interdependencies among projects and ensure overall program goals are met.
- Develop and maintain project management standards, metrics, and tools to enable tracking, progress, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to ensure proper planning and execution across all projects and programs.
- Develop and articulate the program's strategic and operational objectives in alignment with the organization's goals.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate the execution of multiple projects within the program, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation across projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and communicate project progress and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead and motivate project teams, facilitate collaboration, and promote a positive work environment.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address issues proactively.
- Prepare and present regular reports on program performance, including key metrics and achievements.
Demonstrate outstanding project management skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of leading projects, influencing, and collaborating across the organization. Display excellent communication and leadership skills; be proactive, result-oriented, and capable of strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
7+ years of proven experience in managing complex projects or programs, preferably with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) in a SaaS company. Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement approach. Experience solving problems in fast-paced, globally distributed, and changing environments. High level of professionalism, energy, and sense of urgency to "make things happen".
