As a Program Manager you will be playing a pivotal role in overseeing multiple projects within the Customer Operations and Success group to ensure successful delivery aligned with strategic and operational objectives. You will manage the interdependencies among various projects and ensure the overall program goals are met. Additionally, you will oversee programs, develop, and maintain project management standards, metrics, and tools for the enablement of tracking progress and mitigating risks. As a Program Manager, you will work with various stakeholders in the company and in the group to ensure proper planning and excellent execution across all projects and programs.

What you’ll do:

  • Program Planning: Develop and articulate the program's strategic and operational objectives in alignment with the organization's goals. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources required.
  • Program Oversight: Oversee and coordinate the execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage budgets and resource allocation across projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships. Communicate project progress and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure objectives are met. Facilitate collaboration among teams and promote a positive work environment.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address issues proactively.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on program performance, including key metrics and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding project management skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of leading projects, influencing and collaborating across the organization are critical qualities required to excel in this role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills and be a pro-active, result-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, and presentation.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in managing complex projects or programs, preferably with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) in a SaaS company – A Must!
  • Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement approach.
  • Experience in problem solving within fast-paced, globally distributed, and constantly changing environments.
  • High level of professionalism, energy, and sense of urgency to 'make things happen'.
  • Ability to speak either French, Spanish or German fluently.
