Early Break is seeking an Emotional Health & Wellbeing Worker to support young people aged 16–25 with emotional health and substance-use needs in Rochdale. You will join a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored 1:1 support, signposting and access to CYPMH services, whilst maintaining safeguarding and confidentiality.
Responsibilities include delivering education sessions, maintaining Nebula records, and contributing to service monitoring and professional development within the organisation.
