Deliver a one-to-one case work role with young people who have a range of issues and who may be at risk of or involved in substance use, criminal activity, exploitation, learning difficulties and other vulnerabilities. Provide day-to-day support to the management team in creating and maintaining the highest standards in clinical service delivery to clients where substance use is an issue.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one casework to young people, identifying and addressing their needs.
  • Support management in upholding clinical service standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver responsive care.
  • Maintain accurate case records and contribute to service improvement.
