Early Years Alliance is recruiting for a Lead Early Years and Family Educator (Targeted Outreach & MiR) to work across Lincolnshire Children Centres. You will lead bespoke outreach and Making it Real sessions, supporting families to provide engaging home learning and positive child development.
You will collaborate with multi-agency partners to identify barriers, plan interventions, and deliver high-quality sessions across communities. Training and development are provided.
