With a salary of up to £33,000 per year, this role is ideal for an experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking to take the next step in their childcare career.
What We’re Looking For
- A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
- A genuine passion for working with babies, toddlers and preschool children.
- A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and nursery procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
- The ability to plan and support engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment for children.
- Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities.
- Deliver high-quality childcare in line with the EYFS framework.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, supporting their individual next steps.
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
- Support daily nursery routines, including meals, hygiene and outdoor play.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.
- Help create a happy, inclusive and inspiring environment where every child can thrive.
