A key part of the role will involve building strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers, helping families feel confident and informed about their baby’s wellbeing, routines and developmental progress.

You will work closely with the Nursery Manager and wider nursery team to maintain high standards of childcare and support the continuous development of the baby room.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a warm, patient and nurturing approach, alongside strong organisational and leadership skills.
