Description
We’re looking for an energetic and dependable Retail Store Person to become the behind‑the‑scenes hero of our retail team. In this dynamic, fast‑paced role, you’ll support daily retail operations, help customers collect their orders with a smile, and keep things running smoothly in the back‑of‑store warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading of weekly trucks and containers with precision and care
- Assisting customers with order collections, making it a seamless experience
- Supporting the retail sales team with stock/product movement for the shop floor
- Accurately receipting goods into our operating system
- Assembling furniture with pride and attention to detail
- Contributing to and upholding all OH&S requirements
- Maintaining good housekeeping techniques and an organized, safe and tidy store and warehouse
- Collaborating as part of a team, using initiative, problem‑solving, and handling a fast‑paced environment
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role supporting warehousing and distribution
- Good computer skills (email, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook)
- A passion to help people and a desire to get results
- Physical capability to handle our products
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, committed, proactive and driven with a can‑do attitude
- Regular manual handling of products – lifting, carrying and moving items of varying sizes; applicants must be physically capable of safely performing these tasks
Eligibility
- Applicants must be an Australian citizen, resident, or have already secured the right to work in Australia and hold a valid visa
