Join The Early Learning Partnership as an Area Manager. You will be based at Rothbury Kindergarten and support the rest of the team within nurseries of South Tyneside and Seaham area. Are you passionate about early childhood education and ready to lead a dynamic team?
What You’ll Do as an Area Nursery Manager:
- Motivate and mentor our dedicated nursery Management team to deliver outstanding care, teaching and learning.
- Elevate our nursery’s standards and practices through effective leadership.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure all children receive equal opportunities and care.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Uphold the highest standards of care, safety, and hygiene.

Your Ideal Background:
- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or equivalent)
- Maths GCSE required
- At least 3 years in nursery management, ideally progressing through various roles
- In-depth knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to foster a positive learning environment
