The Early Learning academy are looking for a Nursery Manager to lead our Ellesmere Port Campus setting, delivering high standards of care and education. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early years professional to manage a thriving setting supported by a team of commited practitioners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Lead the overall management and organisation of the setting
- Oversee planning,observations and assessments to ensure high quality learning experiences
- Maintain outstanding safeguarding practices and regulatory compliance
- Ensure the setting provides a safe, inclusive and stimulating enviroment for all children
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers and staff
- Support the continued development and improvement of the setting
