Interview Process
The interview is led by our nursery manager and supported by a senior member of the team. We will ask you questions on the following areas:
- To be a proactive practitioner who supports and delivers confidently the EYFS.
- To provide a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment in which babies and young children are supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential.
- To offer full and practical support in the day to day running of the nursery.
- To be flexible to the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Minimum Early Years qualification of a level 3 diploma, equivalent or higher.
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred).
- Flexible to work between 7am β 6pm, Monday β Friday.
Experience
- Childcare: 2 years (preferred).
- Licence/Certification: Cache Level 3 in Childcare (preferred).
- Paediatric First Aid Certification (preferred).
- Child Protection (preferred).
