We are searching for a proactive candidate who can effectively support our manager and its team. The position involves having a high level of responsibility for the day‑to‑day operations of the company. The job involves being responsible for overseeing and successfully delivering the Early years Foundation Stage Statutory Guidance (EYFS).

- Copies of your relevant Childcare certificates (level 3 childcare diploma, foundation degree, full degree, QT, EYP etc.)
- Copies of your GCSE certificates (Maths & English grades C and above – essential to apply)
- Any copies of safeguarding/ child protection training and level.

We will show you around our facilities and give you the opportunity to see or work within each of our classrooms and ask our team questions. Safety is paramount with working with children so please ensure you come prepared and wear appropriate clothing.

Qualifications & Responsibilities
A candidate for this position will need to demonstrate the ability to successfully manage children, support parents & carers and work alongside others. They must be proactive, have a positive approach to learning and be open to change as Early Learners is an evolving and growing company who continuously strive for excellence. They must provide a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment in which babies and young children are supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential. All candidates must provide evidence of a minimum Early Years qualification of a level 3+, childcare degree and/or NQT, equivalent or higher to apply for a position.
About Early Learners Nursery (Eccleston)
Early Learners Nursery (Eccleston) is a newly opened setting in September 2022 and we are looking for someone to join our growing team. Early Learners Nurseries has been caring for babies and young children since 1985 and is a family run company. We want passionate Early Years Professionals to join our expanding workforce.
Working Hours
Full‑time: 30 – 45 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
Part‑time: 20-27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
