Early Learners Nurseries is a family-run company that has been caring for babies and young children since 1985. We are looking for passionate Early Years Professionals to join our expanding workforce.

We are searching for a proactive candidate who can effectively support and lead a setting and its team. The position involves having a high level of responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the company, overseeing and successfully delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Guidance (EYFS) and other government statutory legislation within our childcare provision. The role requires working across settings to support the Managers, Area Manager, and Directors.

The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage a company, support parents and carers, and work alongside the local authority. They should be proactive, have a positive approach to learning, and be open to change as Early Learners is an evolving and growing company striving for excellence. A safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment must be provided in which babies and young children are supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential.

All candidates must provide evidence of a minimum Early Years qualification of a level 3+, childcare degree and/or NQT, equivalent or higher to apply for a position. As a childcare provider, we must ensure that people looking after children are suitable to fulfil the requirements of their roles and understand their responsibilities. All employees must be registered with the DBS update service.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
  • Safeguarding and child protection
  • Procedure in dealing with ‘what to do if you are worried a child has been abused’, Prevent Duty & British Values
