Nursery Room Supervisor – Full Time Position (Mon to Fri, 40-45 hours per week).
To be a proactive practitioner who supports and delivers confidently the EYFS. To provide a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment in which babies and young children are supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential. To offer full and practical support in the day to day running of the nursery. To be flexible to the needs of the business. Must have a minimum Early Years qualification of a level 3 diploma, equivalent or higher to apply for this position. Flexible to work between: 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, to be flexible to the needs of the business.

The interview is led by our nursery manager and supported by a senior member of the team. We will ask you questions on the following areas:
- Your history and experience in childcare
- SEND
- Your training and qualification(s)
- Your Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS (primary & specific areas)
- Safeguarding and Child Protection.
- Procedure in dealing with ‘what to do if you are worried a child has been abused’
