Early Learners Nurseries has been caring for babies and young children since 1985 and is a family‑run company. We want passionate Early Years Professionals to join our expanding workforce.
We are searching for a proactive candidate who can effectively support and lead a setting and its team. The position involves having a high level of responsibility for the day‑to‑day operations of the company. The job involves being responsible for overseeing and successfully delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage statutory guidance (EYFS) and other government statutory legislation within our childcare provision. Working across settings supporting the Managers, Area Manager and Directors.
To offer full and practical support in the day to day running of the nursery and be flexible to the needs of the business. Flexible to work between 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
Qualifications and Requirements
A candidate for this position will need to demonstrate the ability to successfully manage a company, support parents & carers and work alongside the local authority. They must be proactive, have a positive approach to learning and be open to change as Early Learners is an evolving and growing company who continuously strive for excellence.
All candidates must provide evidence of a minimum Early Years qualification of Level 3+, childcare degree and/or NQT, equivalent or higher to apply for a position. All employees must be registered with the DBS update service. We have effective systems in place to ensure that all candidates applying for a position and any other person who is likely to have regular contact with children are suitable, prepared and ready to commence employment.
