Job Description:

As the educator of the school age summer program, you will be responsible for up to 15 children ages 5-11 years of age. The summer program is a time for the children to keep their minds engaged in learning activities, while also having fun. We encourage educators to plan out activities for the children that will include their interests, and to be adaptable for different needs and areas of support.

Summer program also involves the option to take field trips off site, with proper supervision, and quality care still a priority.

Snacks are provided by the centre, and children bring their own home lunches. Cleaning duties and organizational skills are a must.

Required Skills

Grade 12, or college/university education. Must be 17 or older to apply.

Required Experience

Experience with day camps, or a background working with children
