Early Break is a charity focused on supporting young people and families. We are seeking a Holding Families Plus Family Worker to join our full-time team (37 hours per week) to support parents and families and contribute to service development.
You will deliver family and parenting work, develop models with Local Authorities and Criminal Justice partners, and collate data for monitoring and reporting in line with governance.
