Chilli & Crown is a newly refurbished cocktail bar in Colchester, opening in mid-November 2026. We’re looking for an Assistant Chef to join our kitchen team from day one.
You’ll work alongside the Head Chef to prepare and serve a quality food menu, help run a clean and efficient kitchen, and contribute ideas to our menu. This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week, and a great chance to be part of a brand-new venue from the start, with opportunities to develop skills and progress
