Earlsheaton Infant School is delighted to offer an exciting maternity cover opportunity for an aspiring middle leader looking to further develop their leadership experience and make a real impact within a nurturing school community. This unique role is ideal for a motivated and ambitious practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will be based in our Reception class, lead on Reading across the school, and gain valuable leadership experience through regular responsibility for the school due to the Executive Headteacher’s split role. The position is available on a fixed-term contract or secondment basis from as soon as possible, and no later than 2 November 2026, until 31 August 2027.
