Earley Crescent Resource Centre is seeking an Officer to manage our established training programme across the Reading area. You will plan, promote and implement short community-based courses in collaboration with our Training Support Officer.
You will coordinate targeted training to engage residents and the wider community, support learners to seek employment, and develop pathways into work, volunteering, further education, and community involvement.
