Our client, an Estate Agency in Maidstone, is recruiting a Sales Negotiator to join their expanding team.
You will generate leads, arrange and conduct viewings, present offers to vendors, negotiate terms, and progress sales from offer to exchange.
A full UK driving licence is essential and you will have access to a vehicle for viewings. Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–17:30 with every other Saturday; salary £27,000 per annum with competitive OTE.
