Our client based in Staplehurst is looking to recruit a Sales Manager. They are manufacturers of electrical calibration equipment and calibration software for calibration laboratories. Sales Manager The Sales Manager - DC & LF Electrical Metrology is responsible for leading sales strategy, business development, and customer engagement for precision DC and low-frequency electrical measurement solutions. This role combines commercial leadership with deep technical knowledge in electrical metrology to drive growth across key sectors such as calibration laboratories, national metrology institutes, aerospace, defence, and advanced manufacturing. Develop and execute strategic sales plans for DC and LF metrology instruments (Multiproduct Calibrators, Multimeters, Calibration Software). · Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to align customer needs with technical capabilities. · Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as a subject matter expert in electrical metrology. · Oversee the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender responses, ensuring technical and commercial accuracy. · Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality pre- and post-sales support. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a related technical field. · Proven experience in sales leadership within the electrical metrology or test and measurement industry. · ISO/IEC 17025), uncertainty analysis, and traceability requirements. · Willingness to travel internationally as required.
