Our client based in Aylesford who produce high quality structure cabling systems for the new networks across the UK are looking to recruit a Project Co-ordinator to work within their Planning team. Over the past 31 years they have grown and now install the network infrastructure into some of the largest retail chains in the UK as well as small independent companies, schools and government institutions.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
The Project Coordinator will run, administer and organise all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Project Manager.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work alongside IT project managers and Installation team
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Assist with preparing proposals, time frames, schedule and budget
- Monitor and track project progress and deal with any issues that arise
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Highly organised
- Previous experience working within a busy work environment
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages and Outlook
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Previous experience in producing accurate reports, proposals
- Previous experience of working with customers
- Previous experience of working to deadlines and budgets
