Our client, an Estate Agency are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator/ to join their team in Maidstone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Enquiries: Registering applicants, logging their specific buying criteria, and proactively contacting them about suitable new listings.
  • Viewings: Arranging, accompanying, and conducting property viewings with potential buyers.
  • Offer Negotiation: Presenting offers to vendors, negotiating between both parties, and securing sales agreements that meet client expectations.
  • Sales Progression: Acting as the main point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to ensure a smooth transition from an agreed offer to the exchange of contracts.
  • Client Care: Maintaining regular contact with vendors to report viewing feedback and provide market updates.

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to manage expectations and alleviate the stress of the property buying/selling process.
  • Drive & Motivation: A target-driven mindset, typically working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for viewings, sales, and cross-selling.
  • Organisation: Ability to manage a busy diary, update databases, and juggle multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential, and your will have access to a vehicle for conducting property viewings

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and every other Saturday with a day off in lieu midweek. 1 hour lunch break 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: £27,000 per annum with a competitive OTE depending on experience.
