The Wholesale Sales Manager is responsible for driving wholesale revenue growth across existing and new accounts. This is a sales-led role with clear accountability for generating new business, growing existing accounts, and maintaining an active pipeline. Success in this role is measured by revenue performance, conversion and consistency of sales activity.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and deliver revenue against wholesale sales targets
- Proactively generate new business through outbound outreach and lead development
- Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline
- Pitch Earl of East to prospective wholesale partners and convert opportunities into active accounts
- Identify and drive growth within existing accounts (range expansion, reorders, seasonal opportunities)
Account Growth & Retention
- Manage key wholesale accounts with a focus on growth and repeat business
- Monitor account performance and take action to increase sell-through and order frequency
- Maintain strong commercial relationships with buyers and partners
- Ensure timely and consistent communication across all accounts
Sales Operations & Execution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across pipeline, accounts, pricing and orders
- Ensure all orders are processed correctly and delivered in line with agreed timelines
- Follow defined sales processes and reporting structures
- Proven ability to drive sales and generate revenue
- 2+ years experience in a commercial or sales-focused role
- Comfortable working within structured processes and performance expectations
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with hybrid working across office/studio and external meetings.
Remuneration: salary negotiable and 28 days paid annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.
