Earl of East, a London-based fragrance and lifestyle brand, seeks a Store Manager to lead one of our London stores and work closely with our Retail Lead and team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and strong commercial results.

The role focuses on on‑floor leadership, driving KPIs, coaching staff, managing rota and stock, and building relationships within the local community.

Prior store leadership experience is ideal, but ambition and retail know‑how can also lead to progression.
